About the Centre:
The Health centre was inaugurated in 2012 to provide facilities for sugar tests, BP check-up and First-aid medicines. It was upgraded with laboratory facility on 13.09.2023 to diversify the services.
Vision:
To provide immediate basic medical care at free of cost for the Students, the Staff and their family members.
Mission:
- To ensure medical care and Treatment.
- To get ECG reports from qualified online cardiologists for expert medical advice.
- To refer Emergency cases to Hospitals.
- To provide Lab and ECG services at nominal rates.
Instruments Available:
Height Scale, Weighing Machine, Blood Pressure Apparatus, ECG Machine(Tricog), Biochemistry analysis Machine (Yumizen ca 60 Horiba), Glucometer (contour plus) and basic Blood test instrument, Digital Centrifuge, Binocular micro scope with LED display, Digital Thermometer, Refrigerator (Samsung), Stethoscope, Pulse meter, Wheel chair.
Services Rendered:
- Special care and attention for Mother care (Antenatal) students and staff members.
- Fruits, biscuits and health drinks are provided at free of cost on daily basis.
- The centre has tie-up with private labs and hospitals for other services.
