Library

Library was established with 3100 volumes of books in 1980. Now the collections in ourlibrary is increased to 61575 books and 71 International, National Journals and Magazines. Librarywas functioned at main building till 2011. From 2011 library building was declared with 12521 sq.ftin a separate building with various sections. Library (LMS) Automation and OPAC was initiated in2009. Barcode Technology was introduced in the year 2010 . E-Gate entry was established.

Swayam Prabha free 32 DTH channel is introduced in the year 2017. Study materials forvisually impaired students provided from the year 2009.

Library has an unique feature of maintaining four Departmental Libraries viz Tamil, English, Maths, Commerce, BBA, Economics, History, Physics, Videography, Social Work, Computer Science, Tamil (SF), Commerce(CA), Maths(CA), BBA(SF), Food and Nutrition (SF), Commerce(SF). There libraries are established with the main objective of facilitating the staff and students in the promotion of research and projects. The total volumes of Books are,
