Human Rights Club
The Human Rights Club of the college was founded to inculcate basic concepts relevant to human rights. The main aim of this club is to promote the protection of and respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms.
This club facilitates students by providing information on human rights-related topics. To orient students’ understanding of basic rights, programs such as seminars, guest lectures, and quiz competitions have been conducted. Presenting human rights as an active force for social justice is the key to a successful and inspiring club.
Objectives:
To impart knowledge on historical and present-day issues relevant to human rights and to spark a lifetime of activism for positive social and behavioral change.

The mission of the club is to promote, preserve, and implement human rights through effective institutional policy development, capability building, and control of human rights violations.

- Creating awareness through guest lectures on various human rights and educating the students on how to protect themselves against violations
- Showing the short documentary films to students and discussing them with them.
