Mannar Thirumalai Naicker College, Madurai is offering a Programme of Diploma in Beauty and Wellness sanctioned by National Skill Development Corporation under University Grants Commission From the academic year 2020-2021 . The curriculum is designed according to the Skill Sector Council norms. This programme consists of 4 levels. One of the salient features of the programme skill council is designing of training programmes based on industry demands of different segments and to ensure that all successful trainees are certified through accredited assessment agency. The scheme was introduced for producing skilled workforce personnel in the Beautician.
Essentials of good beauty therapy are easy to learn and Practice. The course is a boon to the rural students as it has a strong and successful placement records as well as self-employment opportunities. This course provides an entire skills required in salon, Spa, Hair stylist, Makeup Artist.
The Students are provided with extensive practical experience through live projects that integrate theory and practice. During the programme we provide Internships to give hands on experience in the Parlour. This gives critical advantage over peer and puts the student’s career on a fast track.
