Objectives
- To facilitate the students to understand the general functioning and role of the institution, group & regions of the economic system.
- To prepare the student for employment in industry, the professions and government, to pursue graduate work toward such advanced degrees in economics, business, and related fields
- To apprise contemporary trends and proficiency in different branches of Economics.
- To make environmental and social awareness by exposing students to various activities.
- To guide and support the students for field study and research work in the subject.
- To conduct Socio-Economic Survey and economic extension activities.
- To conduct Seminars / Workshops /Conferences on different topics and to publish the papers presented.
