• Exit & entrance is in a single passage

2. DIGITAL GATE ENTRY

• To ensure proper use of library, gate entry monitoring system is used for entry and exit

3. ISSUE & RETURN OF RESOURCES

• Issue and return of resources is done through application of barcode technology at the Transaction Counter

4. RULES & REGULATIONS

• Library Timing working days: 8.00 Am to 4.30 Pm. Saturday: 9.00 Am to 1.30 Pm
• Membership is open to all the Staff and Students of the college
• A Separate library bar code will be given to each student
• Entry is permitted only with a proper ID Card
• Strict Silence should be maintained in the Library
• Usage of Mobile Phones inside the Library is prohibited
• Any sort of writing or marking in the library book is strictly prohibited
• Students or staff members who decide to leave the college must return the Library books before getting relieved
• Issue and return of books has been computerized
• Own book reading Hall can be utilized by the students as well as staff members
• Reference Books and Journals will not be issued
• Members are requested not to bring their belongings inside the Library (except own book reading hall)
• The transaction (borrowing and returning books) must be carried out only by concerned student member
• Members must ensure that they have received a book in good condition during the time of borrowing
• Renewal of books is permitted for one time on condition that the student should bring the borrowed book at the time of renewal
• Members are advised to return / renew the books on or before the due date
• A fine of Rs.0.50 ps. is charged for each day a book is overdue
• Students shall replace the book or pay thrice the cost of the book in case they lose it. If one book from a collection of books is lost or damaged the student has to replace the entire collection
• Library promises are under CCTV Surveillance
• Reprography Service available
• Previous years University / Autonomous Semester Question papers available in Discipline wise
• Previous years Ph.D thesis / UG& PG project available in Discipline wise
• Brillie materials / Software available in Library Netcafe
• Free internet facility / wi – fi access
• Students will be permitted to write the University examination only after the books are returned
