Lab Facilities

The department is well furnished with these major laboratories: Food Microbiology , Food and dairy Analysis laboratory, Product Development laboratory, Unit operation in food and dairy processing laboratory.

Advanced Lab Equipment's

The department has important and advanced equipments like centrifuge,Spectrophotometer, Hot-air oven,PH meter, florissant microscope, Incubator, Autoclave, bread slicer, Baking oven, dough kneader, Our Food Testing Laboratory is equipped to analyse the Physico-chemical characteristics of Food materials including raw materials and finished products.

LCD Projector

Our department is equipped with LCD Projectors and spacious class room. The facility is used for e- teaching and student’s class seminars.

The Following instruments are available in Food Science Laboratory:

• Digital balance with accuracy 0.1 mg
