Contributions


  • Conduct Faculty enrichment and enhancement programme for the teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Organize Induction programme for the students and faculty members.
  • Apply for grants to NAAC and other agencies to conduct sponsored seminars
  • Recommends the Dean’s office to design the curriculum and revise the courses catering to the needs of the society and expectations of NAAC
  • Ensure implementation of CBCS in all programmes
  • Recommend the Dean’s office to suggest the departments to introduce value added add on and certificate courses
  • Make sure the maximum enrollment of students in online courses like SWAYAM and NPTEL
  • Obtain structured online feedback from the stakeholders every year and consolidate the report for further actions
  • Ensure the use of ICT tools including online resources by the teachers for effective teaching and learning process
  • Establish formation of students grievance cell in the examination wing and redress the their grievances about evaluation
  • Ensure preparation of data from the students like their name, class, gender, id number, aadhar number, mobile number and email id
  • Create research culture and ambience in the campus
  • Recommend management to provide seed money for minor projects for both staff and students
  • Ensure MoU’s , linkages and collaborations with the industries , government and nongovernmental organizations for academic activities
  • Encourage teachers to apply for minor and major research projects to the funding agencies
  • Encourage the teachers to publish papers in UGC notified CARE list journals , Scopus, Web of Science and Pub Med
  • Arrange training classes for consultancy and corporate training with eminent resource persons.
  • Facilitate e content development for the staff
  • Arrange management scholarships and freeships for the meritorious single parent and parentless children
  • Arrange skill development programmes for the students
  • Request the placement cell to arrange campus interview and ensure placement of the outgoing students
  • Strengthen the alumni association and tap their financial and non financial contributions
  • Implementation of e governance
  • Ensure provision of welfare measures for teaching and non teaching staff for their career development
  • Conduct internal and external audits
  • Recommend the management to ensure water and energy conservation, waste management ,green and disabled friendly environment in the campus
  • Orientation programme for Steering Committee members.

  • Coaching classes for the competitive examinations to the students at free of cost.
  • Financial assistance in terms of TA, DA and incentive for research publications and attending seminars and conferences
